Procurement of Instruments, Equipments and Lab wares

A large number of laboratory equipments have been purchased to fulfill the requirements of the M.Pharm courses besides the adding of new equipments for existing Bachelor degree and Diploma courses.  The list of equipments have been purchased during this academic year were Neely working heart perfusion system, Radnoti rat working heart perfusion system, Powerlab data acquisition system and Multi Channel Organ Bath System (ADInstruments, Australia), G-Storm Thermal Cycler (Gene Technology, UK), Multi-Doc Digital Imaging System (UVP Limited UK), Merck Analytical Balance (Merck, Germany) Direct Q-3 Millipore Ultra Water Purification System (Millipore, France), Polytron Sonicator Dispersing Unit (Kinematica AG, Switzerland), Nitrogen Containor (Biodot Scientific, New Delhi), Small Animal Respirator (INCO, India) Spectroflurimeter (Elico, India).

Besides the Instruments and Equipments the Institutes has purchased the required laboratory Wares, Apparatus Chemicals & reagents, Crude drug samples etc costing about 37 lakhs rupees, Electronic equipments costing about 27.96lakhs during the year.
